Crossfit Intro Prep Course
In a group setting with beginners you will learn the fundamental movements of Crossfit. This is perfect for someone new to the sport of fitness. We also conclude every fundamental session with a workout. Upon completion of this course you will be eligible for our Crossfit Group Classes.
Crossfit Group Classes
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. You won't have to lift weight beyond your level or perform movements beyond your skill set.
Private coaching is an amazingly effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your individual fitness goals, assess your movement, and specifically design a program targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths.
